Orientation At A Glance

Welcome to The Ishola Empire! This member orientation serves as a guide to understanding our organization's history, hierarchy, code of conduct, dress code, and protocols for addressing royalty. Please familiarize yourself with the following information to ensure a harmonious and fulfilling experience within our community


1. History:

The Ishola Empire was founded in 2018 as Myind Builders. Since then, we have evolved into a vibrant organization dedicated to personal growth, empowerment, and creating positive change in the world. Our history is rooted in a rich legacy of community-building and nurturing individuals to reach their full potential.The mission of the Ishola Empire Incorporated is to motivate individuals to take initiative in creating change for the better by providing education, training and development of social programming that is simple with big impact, for implementation internationally. 


2. Hierarchy:

The Ishola Empire follows a hierarchical structure, which recognizes and honors the contributions of its members. The hierarchy, from starting rank to highest, is as follows:

- Students - Regal Representation - Tuesdays In October 4pm | Color Royal Blue

- Knights - Regal Representation - Tuesdays In October4pm | Black and Gold

- Ladies in Waiting - Regal Representation - Tuesdays In October 4pm | Color Purple

- Queens - Regal Representation - Tuesdays In September 3pm | - Color Pure White

- Empresses - Regal Representation - Tuesdays In September 3pm |Residency Program - In Service - Color Pure White

- The Empress (Head of The Ishola Empire) - Gold and White

Upon completion of Regal Representation, official titles will be given to newly installed royals at The Presidential Lifetime Achievement Awards Ball


3. Code of Conduct:

As members of The Ishola Empire, we adhere to a code of conduct that fosters a respectful and supportive community. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

- Cursing or using offensive language

- Engaging in illegal activities

- Soliciting money or services without proper authorization

- Engaging in gossip or spreading rumors

- Never liquor in public while in service

- Participating in any non-Christian religious activities or worship


4. Dress Code:

To maintain an atmosphere of elegance and professionalism, we have established a dress code. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

- Denim is not permitted.

- Costume jewelry should be avoided.

- Clothing should be well-fitted and modest, avoiding excessive skin exposure.

- Hair wraps should only be worn in private settings.

- Flip flops are only allowed at the beach.

- Unnatural hair color should be avoided.

- Clothing should be appropriate for the intended setting.


5. Protocol for Addressing Royalty:

When addressing royalty within The Ishola Empire, it is important to show respect and follow proper protocol. Use the following guidelines:

- Address students as Miss, ladies in waiting as Lady, princesses, and queens by their respective titles followed by their names.

- Address Empresses as "Your Highness." and call them "Empress - Name"

- Address The Empress as "Empress" or "Your Grace." "Her Imperial Majesty" when written and call her "The Empress"


6. Parades & Balls:

When attending parades and balls please keep in mind the following:

- Only Ambassadors are designated to speak on behalf of The Empire.

- All members must be in uniform at all balls and parades.

- Members must purchase 1 batch of approved throw in order to participate in the parade.

- When in uniform members must use their regal introductions at all times.

- All members are required to serve 1 hour of each ball and parade in order to have the admission fee waived.



7. Additional Rules and Information:

In addition to the aforementioned guidelines, the following rules and information are important to note:

- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members.

- Be punctual and prepared for all events and engagements.

- Show support and encouragement to fellow members.

- Act responsibly and ethically in all interactions.

- Contribute positively to the growth and success of The Ishola Empire.
